Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Your job duties and responsibilities shall include:

1. See to the the development and execution of the Go-to-market strategies and Business Development plans in the Greater China Region (i.e. China, Hong Kong and Taiwan) for the company’s Commercial products and services.

2. Create and Develop Brand Awareness and Distribution Channels for the company’s Commercial products and services in Greater China, including the development of marketing collaterals, digital marketing, sales and promotion campaigns, public relations, business and channel partners.

3. Coordinate with the sales team in all aspects of business development and marketing activities to achieve established sales & marketing objectives, and to strengthen the marketing databases.

4. Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environments and consumer trends

5. Responsible for the planning and budgetary control of all business development and marketing activities

6. Growing the Company’s market share through appropriate campaigns for the the company’s Commercial products and services in Taiwan.

Position: Sales Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6:30pm)

Starting Salary: $2,300 to $3,000 + commission + allowance

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new customers
• Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and quotations and weekly sales reporting.
• Use consultative selling techniques to propose suitable products for customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and site surveys when necessary.
• Service new and existing client accounts
• Closely follow-up on any leads or opportunities assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Design or sales background preferred.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and willing to learn.
• Results driven and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Existing contacts with architects or interior designers, or experience in office system furniture / corporate interior design a plus point.
• Relevant working experience in the office furniture industry preferred Computer literacy skills required (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
