• Manage and drive sales and catering teams to achieve revenue targets
• Engage in sales activities, manage accounts, and implement plans to maximise business opportunities
• Oversee the collective coordination of all catering information and resources and are responsible for account management, sales prospect, and business development
• Answer all correspondence and inquiries received within 24 hours of receipt; maintain good public relations with customers
• Maintain and ensure that the teams are focused on customer satisfaction in all activities
• Work closely with kitchen and operation team to ensure the service standard
• Assist as required in the management of food and beverage service within the conferencing and outside catering areas
• Take the lead role in working with the Chef and or cooks on menus planning and customization
• Take the lead in managing the kitchen and logistic team’s daily activities
• Other duties and tasks assigned by the management
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales, planning, and execution of mid- to large-scale events, corporate functions, and school events (physical and hybrid).
• Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and amicably with business partners and clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to foster strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and focused on ensuring successful event delivery.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Flexibility to work weekends or odd hours (with off-in-lieu compensation).
