Sales and Marketing Manager
Voted Product of The Year is an internationally recognized label that has proven successful as a strategic marketing tool for innovations and new products in the retail and FMCG industry reaching a total of more than 4 billion consumers internationally. Voted Product of The Year has opened a new entity in Singapore and is seeking to increase its presence on the Singapore and Malaysia markets. To do so, the company is looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to drive the business in Singapore, support its launch in Malaysia and work with the Directors with the day-to-day sales and marketing operations.

You will work to generate leads, develop good relationships with customers, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic and self-driven individual with a background in both marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen and a passion for driving product innovation successfully to market.
Responsibilities:
Sales
ā Identify new product innovations on the Singaporean market
ā Conduct market analysis to identify key competitors, customer needs and new sales opportunities.
ā Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through networking, cold calling and lead generation activities
ā Develop sales pipeline, track sales activities, prepare regular sales reports for the management and maintain accurate sales records in our CRM software
ā Contact and follow-up with all prospects daily with a systematic approach
ā Craft clear proposals and provide concise communication of our value proposition to customers to address their inquiries or objections
ā Prepare sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and competitive analyses
ā Be responsible for the before and after sales administrative support including contracts & invoicing.
ā Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers for repeated business
Marketing
ā Develop a B-to-B marketing strategy and plan to align with the company goals and objectives
ā Keep Product of the Year website up to date with the latest information.
ā Coordinating prospecting (e-)mailshots, invitations to award show, material (adverts,
ā promotional material, etc.)
ā Support the planning of our annual Award Show in Singapore and Malaysia
ā Guide and advise customers to optimize the usage of the logo within the media mix
Skills & Experience:
ā Bachelorās or Master's degree in marketing and sales, business or a related field (preferred)
ā 2-5 years experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in a B2B
ā Result-driven and independent individual with proven track record in sales
ā Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
ā Proficiency in using CRM software (hubspot/pipedrive/salesforce) and other marketing & sales tools
ā Detailed oriented with a passion for precision and data accuracy
ā Experience with digital marketing techniques such as SEO, content marketing, social media and email marketing
ā Team player with strong work ethics, initiative and ability to multi-task under tight timelines
ā Prior experience in beauty & FMCG industry is an added advantage
