Responsibilities:

• Proficiently handle documentation for all shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Plan and coordinate collection/delivery schedules to meet cut-off timings.
• Prepare and process shipments efficiently, adhering to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Proactively follow up with customers to provide updates on shipment status, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Ensure timely closure of all job files to support month-end closing of accounts, maintaining accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Monitor and ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met consistently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / 'N' Level / ITE qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
