Responsibilities:

• Updating shipments into the forwarding system.
• Generating freight booking and forwarding documents (verify copy HBL/HAWB, Finalized HBL/HAWB of Lading (HBL).
• Ensuring all the security arrangements, and forwarding documents are complete and accurate through verification.
• Manage and oversee the Permit Declaration activity in collaboration with the permit declaration vendor.
• Conveying all cargo-related incidents to customer service or external brokerage house.
• Follow cargo/shipment irregularity handling procedures.

Talents:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Freight Forwarding, Consolidation Planning and Scheduling
