Job scope

• Verify digitized documents against physical documents and make amendments to the digitised/physical copies where necessary.

• Scanning of documents/files.

Requirements

• Possess basic computer skills.

• Able to perform some manual work, such as retrieving and placing physical files in cabinet which would involve climbing up and down short ladders.

• Strict security requirements: eg. strictly no handphone allowed in designated workplaces; staff’s handphones will be safe

Job Description:

1. Assist in verification of customers appointments booked through our e Appointment System

2. Enquire customers’ intent on branch visit for those without any appointments

3. Guide and support customers on retrieving required documents (e.g.: CPF Statements, IRAS Property Tax Statements) from other Government agencies via the e-Service Kiosk

4. Issue Q-ticket to customers and perform simple troubleshooting on the Queue System and topping up of Queue ticket rolls

5. Handle general enquiries on housing and car park matters

6. Guide and support customers using our e-Services Kiosk / AXS Self-Help Kiosk / Cash Payment Kiosk

7. Ensure that the e-Services Kiosks / AXS Self-Help Kiosk / Cash Payment Kiosk are in working order and to alert supervisors if there were any breakdown or technical issues

8. Assist walk-in customers with complex enquiries to make appointments, reschedule appointments, submit enquiry via e-feedback form, wherever necessary

9. Assist to measure customer’s vehicles dimensions for Season Parking declaration

10. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Responsibilities

· Report to the Restaurant Manager or a management staff appointed by the Company

· Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant

· Deputise in the absence of the Managers

· Supervise a team of service crew to ensure the restaurant smooth operation

· Handle cashiering duties and to do banking duties

· Conduct interview for new hires

Job Requirement

· Min Degree Holder in any field

· At least min. 1 year related working experience

You will be responsible for managing the Community Volunteer (CV) programme and supporting ongoing sanitation policies and initiatives under the Sanitation Policy Branch. You will also assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Scope / Requirement:

1. Staff’s main job scope is to assist in asset verification and tagging for HDB assets. The verification works include validation of data (gas riser and multi steps) for more than 10,000 residential blocks between the vendor’s records and our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). If there are discrepancies found, staff is required to do simple data patch via excel format.
2. At the same time, staff is also required to man the email Helpdesk Support i.e. take down and channel the enquires from all our staff to our appointed external vendors for them to address. Occasionally, staff also needs to process and clear some receipts from our ShopperLink App.
3. Staff will also need to check the numbers of multi steps for each flat across all residential blocks, convert the info from PDF format into excel and do data entry in the EAM at unit and block level.

Requirements:

1. Staff should have knowledge on the use of Microsoft Office.
2. When required, staff will also be given ad-hoc assignments.
3. Staff should be able to commit the full 12 months required

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist the NP Discipline Management Team in carrying out enforcement duties on campus for Student Code of Conducts, Campus Rules & Regulations and Singapore Laws

· Patrol and ensure adherence to no smoking and possession of tobacco regulations (for underage student) on campus.

· Respond and report any incidences of misconduct, disturbance, defiance, illegal activity and non-compliance of instruction on campus.

· Respond and report any incidences of person(s) who are injured or in distress and, if required, attend to the affected person until arrival of assistance

· Attend requests/questions and redirect them to the appropriate department(s) if necessary.

· Perform other disciplinary related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

· Obtain evidences and provide incident statements to establish facts and circumstances for non-compliance

· Assist in collating non-compliance and feedback to Management for further action.
