THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for a data-driven Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving the overall content strategy, enabling us to create engaging and empowering financial content to help people make informed decisions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the CEO, your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Lead the MoneyHero Group overall marketing function both in terms of setting overall strategy in alignment with other C-suite and Group Leadership members and managing the execution of this strategy by the entire marketing function within the group
• Direct management of a team of 10+ marketing professionals across our key marketing functions (including performance marketing, SEO, Analytics & Automation, MarTech and Marketing Platforms, Brand & Content and Corporate Communications)
• Indirect management and leadership of MoneyHero Group’s entire marketing function across 5 markets (80+ team)
• Set, own and track marketing OKRs for the business which are highly aligned with MoneyHero Group’s overall business objectives and include both long term strategic projects and immediate term executional focus
• Lead and grow the MoneyHero Group marketing team by recruiting and developing high performing employees, and creating a culture which fosters a high-level ownership and performance
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets in which MoneyHero Group operates and the latest industry trends
• Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization
• Develop and implement operational best practices to maintain high performance levels, support rapid revenue growth and expansion objectives
• Establish an entrepreneurial and agile culture within the business, visibly leading by example and inspiring all within MoneyHero Group to go above and beyond in order to grow the business

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You would be ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience as chief marketing officer or similar role (e.g. Head of Performance Marketing); in a fast-growing mid-sized start up
• Relevant degree qualifications, and spent the most recent years in a regional leadership capacity leading a sizeable team (>10).
• At least 10 years experience in leading marketing and creative teams. Should be comfortable and have experience both building and leading teams as well as engaging in direct hands on management
• Martech experience will be a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to build good relationships with all key business stakeholders in the region
• Experience with indirect management of a team across geographies - including a strong ability to manage through influence, communication and collaboration across
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven track-record of building and scaling brands, including start-ups and SMEs
• Brings a “Roll up sleeves attitude”, and is comfortable getting into the details of an organisation. However, balances this with an ability to work closely with the board and other senior leaders on a strategic level
• Proven success building a global team and setting the overall marketing strategy
• Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
• Creative with analytical capabilities

About the Job

As MoneyHero Group’s Group Head of Operations, you will lead operations and customer service efforts across our markets, with a strong focus on building robust, scalable and efficient processes to support our growing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, contact center, customer services, procurement efforts, rewards and loyalty/platform, inventory management and rewards catalogue across markets (Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan)
• Create efficient and implement end-to-end processes and user journeys to support growing customer service needs and requirements
• Drive analysis and solutions that optimize operational flow with a focus on scalability and profitable growth
• Evaluate/implement business process automation tools to drive operational efficiency
• Work across businesses and cross-functionally (marketing, product, technology, commercial, finance) to identify problems/inefficiencies, create and implement processes to drive scalable solutions and improve customer service and customer journeys.
• Solve problems that involve multiple stakeholders with different areas of expertise in a fast moving environment and lead strategic projects that bring efficiency to business.
• Devise procurement strategies including sourcing and negotiating with vendors
• Assist the commercial and finance teams to work with external partners (i.e., banks and insurers) to develop efficient reporting and delivery of processes

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience with a focus on business operations, analytics and customer service
• Experience with Rewards Operations, including rewards fulfillment and tech solutions preferred
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority across multiple locations, in particular guiding / providing direction and advice to junior team members across multiple locations/offices
• Experience in a startup/growth stage technology company preferred
• Experience in financial services (retail banking and/or insurance) preferred

The Role

In this role you will be overseeing lifecycle marketing & marketing automation programs (specifically Braze) that deliver business results for the various verticals within MoneyHero Group. Our ideal candidate is comfortable shifting between developing high level strategy, helping the business grow and getting things done. With your hands-on experience in Customer acquisition & retention strategy, penchant for lateral thinking and problem solving, cross-functional collaboration skills, leadership experience and a personal ambition to nurture a high performance culture, you will play a key role in the MoneyHero Group marketing organization.

Your Task

• Customer Journey Mapping - analyzing critical customer touch points with brands across MoneyHero Group and maximizing commercial opportunities through timely and relevant communications
• Owning and optimizing end-to-end customer nurturing and lifecycle marketing approach from planning to execution incl. impact forecasting, prioritization, implementation, success measurement and optimization
• Developing and implementing experimentation for all aspects of the customer lifecycle to test, learn and scale the most effective approach for growth.
• End-to-end planning and executing campaigns across email, Whatsapp/SMS, and in-app touchpoints to drive cross-sell targets. This includes identifying suitable segments within our user base for each campaign, bundling different campaigns together where the target segment is the same, drafting compelling direct-response content, sending out the content from our database, and reporting on conversion results
• Map out triggers and content based on user actions to build automated email workflows for welcoming, nurturing, and timely cross-sell
• Continuously optimize automated email flows to improve performance
• Design and conduct A/B tests for campaign optimisation and improvement
• Track and report on campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversion, providing actionable insights and recommendation to improve on campaign performance
• Gatekeeper of customer contact to prevent spamming from the various campaign teams; responsible for minimizing Unsubscribe rate
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in email/Whatsapp marketing and CRM.
• Obsessing about local customer insights and tailoring messaging and distribution channels accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing lifecycle, cross-sell and up-sell programs.
• Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in delivering long-term customer engagement and lifetime profit growth. Strong background in customer conversion, retention and win-back strategies.
• Deep understanding of segmentation and customer lifecycle.
• Expert knowledge working with CRM platforms, marketing automation softwares and lifecycle communication platforms (eg Segment, Braze, etc). Experience directly working with Braze is highly preferred.
• Strong data-driven mentality with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights to inform engagement strategies.
• Hands-on marketer with experience juggling multiple projects and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced cross-functional environment with a great attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong bias for action.
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
