Contract Period: From 02 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
Option to Extend: For a further period of one year.
Location: North-East
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 5:30pm (at least 4 hours per day), inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Service not required during home based learning days and school holidays unless required by the school.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ordering and preparation of ingredients and equipment for practical lessons in the food labs
- General cleaning and maintenance of the food labs.
- Checking , collating, ordering and receiving ingredients from suppliers.
- All other duties as required by the Authority.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- A PSLE Certification or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience as Food Lab Assistant in the Food Lab in school.
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
