Job Description
- Liaise with external service contractors on work needed
- To liaise and support operations and maintenance team in daily operations work
- To liaise and support cleaning team, security team as well as pest control, landscape in
daily operations work
- Co-ordinate the procurement of maintenance parts, to issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and contract evaluation with superior and maintenance team
- To liaise with superior landlords to coordinate maintenance and repair works.
- To support, obtain quotations and execute preventive maintenance and correct
maintenance measures for the mall
- To liaise and follow up with tenants for defects, preventive maintenance and correct
maintenance measures in the unit
- To liaise and follow up with tenants for visual inspection for fire safety and food hygiene inspection to ensure compliances
- Recommend and work with superior on long term preventive maintenance plan based on daily work experience
- Assist to compile utilities charges for submission to superior landlord.
- Assist in daily operations administrative work such as preparation of circulars, and
tabulation of chilled water billing to finance for billing to tenants
- To support, obtain quotations and execute feasibility study for reconfiguration works
Ensure tenant’s fitting out, reinstatement work and reconfiguration works are carried out smoothly and on time.
- Co-ordinate submission of documents to related parties and authorities including superior landlord
- Involve in emergency management during evacuation and giving support to superior
- Assist in annual budgeting of department, taking control of expenditure and capex
- Assist in monitoring monthly expenditure and capex and explain budget variances
- Any other duties as may be designated by the company
Requirements
- Diploma in Building/M&E/Facilities Management/Real Estate Management or its
equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience preferably in managing retail mall
- Self motivated and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-tasking oriented
