Job Scope

• Assist Finance Manager to prepare full set of accounts.
• Data entry for Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Inventories and Journal Vouchers in GL.
• To prepare GST returns on quarterly basis.
• To prepare financial statement and accounts schedule for audit and tax schedule for tax returns.
• To maintain property, plant and equipment listing and conduct PPE count.
• To maintain inventory listing, to coordinate and to conduct inventory count.
• To monitor and follow up collection from customers and update collection status in the Accounts Receivable Aging Reports on monthly basis.
• To update related parties and interested person transactions schedule.
• To liaise with auditor and tax agent.
• To update bank facilities file and prepare bank related documentation.
• To prepare bank reconciliation.
• To prepare documents for claim of government grants.
• Assist to liaise with Accounting System’s vendor on accounting system related matters.
• Other tasks as assigned by Financial Controller.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Finance and Accounting, or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience
