• Conduct data entry

General Practitioner (GP) clinic in Hougang seeking a Clinic Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients under the correct categories, including Private, CHAS, CDMP, MBS, and Corporate.
• Assist doctors in procedures such as ECG, wound dressing, and medical examinations.
• Prepare and dispense prescribed medications to patients.
• Process payments and claims for CHAS, CDMP, MBS, and Corporate patients.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and vaccinations.
• Perform daily electronic submission of Managed Care claims for various insurance schemes.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• relevant industry experience (e.g., GP clinics, hospitals).
