Our client is from Medical Science Industry. They are looking for a Sales Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFQ processes, encompassing negotiation and assessment of supplier quotes.
• Proactively seek and assess potential new suppliers or alternative product sources.
• Analyze and formulate strategies for designated projects, focusing on cost savings, risk management, and process enhancements.
• Cultivate and sustain supplier/customer relationships to ensure reliable delivery and value generation.
• Evaluate and track suppliers' performance regularly.
• Identify sales prospects through research and identification of project opportunities, actively seeking new accounts.
• Expand accounts by reviewing customers' purchase history and recommending related or new items.
• Generate quotations in the system and aid in documentation for product approvals.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business or any relevant field
• Min 1 year of experience in Medical Science related industry is required

Job Description:

Leads teams responsible for standardization of metrics and monitoring performance, driving delivery process excellence, adoption of automation/tools and managing procurement activities

Requirements:

Metrics reporting:

• Define and standardize metrics and reporting for delivery teams and publish reports on a regular basis
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are monitored and shared to stakeholders with insights to drive actions

Delivery process excellence:

• Work with service line delivery teams to standardize delivery processes (SOP , templates )
• Monitor delivery quality through audits to ensure process adherence by delivery teams
• Lead process transformation, simplification and optimization

Automation/tools:

• Conduct automation assessment for accounts to Identify opportunities for automation and improve productivity
• Support delivery teams with automation expertise and promote deployment of automation/tools across entire delivery org

Procurement management:

• Oversee delivery related procurement process and optimize procurement spend
• Centralize procurement process and set up a vendor ecosystem to serve the needs of delivery teams (e.g., hardware, software, tools

• To arrange transportation for Subcontract parts and Internal Shifting
• Arrange transport for local deliveries and collections
• Work with internal, external, aftermarket sales teams, and project departments on sales order shipments
• Plan how items should be packed, taking into account special shipping instructions from sales administration
• Work with Warehouse to ensure that items are loaded out correctly
• Coordinate with forwarding company on Export arrangement
• Handle imports and exports (sales orders, inventory, non-inventory, misc shipments)
• Prepare and ensure that all documents and preparations are in place
• Ensure that all documentations are completed after shipment Eg: delivery order and shipping documents
• Ensure shipments are delivered on-time and in the most cost-efficient manner
• Work with customers on shipping arrangements
• Other duties as assigned
