Major Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant to the Pastor-in-Charge is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Pastors & Office Manger to ensure the efficient management of the church office. This role involves managing communication, coordinating schedules, handling confidential information, and assisting in the organization of church events and activities.

Administrative Support:

· Manage the PIC’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, conferences, events and travel arrangements.

Other Duties:

A research assistant position is available at the Singapore University of Technology and Design. The successful candidate will work on the design and synthesis of composite materials for carbon capture applications. The research assistant should have experience in composite material synthesis and fabrication using solution chemistry methods. Desired skills include demonstrated experience with solution-based chemical synthesis, surface functionalization of materials (e.g., ligand exchange, polymer grafting), or polymeric composite fabrication methods. Additionally, the research engineer will also be working closely with the engineering team to implement an innovative gas separation system.
