Responsibilities:
• Assist in monthly Payroll
• Ordering office pantry & stationery
• Answering Incoming calls
• Keep employee record up to date
• Work pass management:application,renewal ,cancellation
• Monitor worker training expiry
• Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21
• Filling of HR documents
• Receive incoming mails and send outgoing mails
• Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates & interviewing
• Arranging business travels (flight,hotel etc)
• Processing of invoice, quotation, purchase order and delivery order to customers
• Prepare project contract(tender documents)
• Preparing of shipping documents
• Coordinate with freight forwaders for incoming/outgoing shipments
• Ensure on time delivery to customers,preparing commercial invoice to oversea supplier
• Any other HR functions as needed
- Entry level candidate with relevant educational background can also apply
-Prior experience in HR operations and admin will be at advantage
