Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for treatment and helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment. Advise patient on dental hygiene issues when necessary.
• To assist dentists in the provision of dental care and dental treatment for patients

• Assist in taking and developing dental x-rays.
• Perform sterilization of instruments and equipment, preparing instruments and materials before each dental procedure.
• Work alongside dentist during dental procedures, providing proper instruments and assistance to facilitate patient care.
• Maintain patient medical and treatment records and dentists’ appointment listing to ensure smooth flow of patients.
• Assist in communication with patients for appointment reminders, appointment re-scheduling and related patient care issues.
• Assist in clinic operations, such as appointment booking, answering telephone calls, billing and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain good clinical, service and grooming standards as required by the hospital.
• To see to tidiness and cleanliness of the department, ensuring good filing system and see ot clinic administrative work.
• Assist to coordinate clinic operations between dental clinics (in other hospitals, such as deployment of staff, top-up of supplies, equipment maintenance, licenses, etc.)
• To participate actively in hospital QC projects and other corporate activities.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or HOD.

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Dental surgery assistant certification (if any)
• Experience in hospital or clinic setting is an advantage but not essential

• Degree holder in any fields
• Achieve individual sales target and contribute to the store sales target.
• To provide outstanding customer service
• To handle customer’s enquiries and feedbacks
• To perform cashiering, housekeeping duties, display arrangements
• Perform store operation related activities.
• Always maintain the best retail outlet conditions. E.g., cleanliness, safety, security etc.
• Assist Manager with the daily operation.
• Improve Company's operation system together with the management.
• Other duties may also be assigned depending on operation’s needs.

Job Descriptions:

Requirements:

• At least Secondary education
• Candidates with computer knowledge will have an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• To manager and lead Project Admin’s, site workers & Site Manager
• Overseeing the full project lifecycle together with studying and understanding the customer needs from time to time.
• Design, implementation and installation of Pipeline and ​Manholes ​
• Arrange for Site Preconstruction Survey , and to prepare and submit the project budgeting
• Facilitate active communication with client​'s​ Project
• Prepare and submit the weekly work progress report.
• Attend & resolve on site issues
• To visit site regularly to ensure the works meets deadline and attest the PTW’s everyday and to ensure workplace safety and health.
• To conduct the morning tool box meeting at the workers dormitory.
• Managing & address workers concern & resolve it immediately.
• To check and verify the workers OT for their salary
• To plan and arrange for site work materials, manpower, equipment and lorries.
• To track and monitor the everyday necessary site work materials to prevent from no stock issues and to make sure to keep the sufficient materials in store.
• Conduct weekly meetings ​​with the internal site team
• Coordinating with Authorities regarding to the site-related work approvals and follow up.
• Preparation of monthly budget and monitor the projects closely in order to make sure the project not exceeding the budget.
• Verification of claim submission documents to projects
• Preparation of quotation and tender submission.
• To monitor and track the costs, budget and the completion for all the projects.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree or any similar qualification
• Minimum 4 years experience
• Engineering or similar industry will be preferred
• Willing to be on standby on weekends,PH etc for any work related issue

Job description

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

· Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of accounting records to meet all internal and external reporting requirements.

· Drive improvements in quality of financial and business analyses in order to guide all leaders in decision making and performance monitoring; and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to achieve financial and strategic business objectives.

· Drive improvements in budgeting and forecasting process for cost control.

· Drive improvements in business processes and internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

· Proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.

· Fulfill external and internal audit requirements and determine proper remediating actions in response to audit findings and recommendations.

· Manage the statutory and reporting requirements under Charities Accounting Standards.

· Provide financial advice and perspective to assist the development and implementation of long-term business plans and strategies, and the subsequent assessment of the effectiveness and achievements against targets and objectives.

· Review all capital expenditures to ensure compliance with the relevant policies and business and financial justifications are sound.

· Interact across organizational hierarchy & functions and with clients, bankers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

· Develop and enhance the capability and skills of finance staff in order to upgrade the finance function to meet the future organization needs.

Job requirements:

· A qualified CA or CPA with more than 15 years of experience, minimum 5 years in management position

· University degree in Accounting and/or Business Management.

· Demonstrated track record in leading a finance function.

· Experience in working in a medium to large charity will be a plus.

· Excellent engagement and communication skills.

· Proven ability to inspire and manage teams, both directly and through a matrix management structure.

· Highly organized with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines with minimum supervision.

· Knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Charity Accounting Standards, and other relevant statutory regulations.

· Experience in ERP system implementation.
