• Manage stakeholders and drive HR projects.

3. Job Requirements:

Education / Training / Experience:

• Degree holder with 8-11 years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR practices.

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative and operational support to the Capability Development (L&D) team. Manage high-volume correspondence, scheduling, project coordination, and special initiatives to ensure the smooth functioning of the L&D department.

Administrative Support:

• Manage the Director’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and projects scheduling

Operational Support:

• Coordinate the development and implementation of communication plans and outreach initiatives for the L&D department
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the L&D department through effective communication and relationships

Qualifications:

• Diploma in related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, stakeholders, and external partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Experience with L&D or human resource management principles is desirable
