RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the development and execution of Strategic and Integrated Communications to strengthen visibility, awareness and understanding of MINDS, and to spread the narrative of inclusion, empowerment and advocacy for PWIDs.

Corporate Communications:

• Generate ideas to elevate the brand while providing assistance to entities to ensure compliance of branding guidelines
• Facilitate and/or review external partners' requests for collaboration and publicity materials with mention of MINDS.
• Produce corporate publications including but not limited to corporate brochures, annual reports, newsletters and videos and ensure any necessary information is circulated to MINDS staff in a timely manner.

Events & Initiatives

• Develop and execute public education initiatives to raise public awareness of MINDS mission and service offerings, house brand products, through events, presentations, tours, exhibitions etc.
• Identify event and content partnership opportunities.
• Obtain stories from MINDS entities.

Media Management

• Manage publicity for corporate events, including writing press releases, updating media materials and on-site media management

Social Media and Influence

• Initiate and expand MINDS social media influence and engagement, through new channels, content creation, etc.

We are on the lookout for a talented individual to assist the team in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to strengthen our brand and collaborate with our stakeholders to create and implement effective communication strategies.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote the organization’s programme, initiatives and events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners
• Uphold and enhance the organisation’s brand identity through consistent messaging and ensuring compliance to brand identity
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, and wall murals to support outreach efforts
• Produce digital materials such as electronic posters and patient education videos
• Develop compelling contents, copy write and design attractive collaterals for various marketing channels
• Work with workgroups to craft key messages and produce collaterals to support clinical programmes and initiatives
• Maintain and manage the corporate website
• Maintain and update company event calendar
• Create contents and write stories for our external newsletter
• Strategise and implement marketing efforts to publicise My Care Team and drive HSG enrolment
• Work closely with the Membership Office to strategise and facilitate recruitment and member retention for the Membership Programme

Requirements:

• A Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent, with 2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communicator and a creative thinker
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Meticulous with strong organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, and deliver results within set timelines
• Highly motivated, solutions-oriented, a self-starter and a good team player
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Ability to create visuals with experience in storyboarding and video editing will be an advantage

Job Description

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Location: City Hall MRT

Working Hours: Mon –Fri (8:30am – 6:00pm)

Job Scopes:

· Assist with research and preparation of research reports for events

· Plan various events and assist with conceptualization, organization, and execution of events

· Assist and prepare proposals

· Prepare visual and communication materials

· Assist with database management

· Provide administrative and logistical support when necessary

· Minimum Degree holders in events management, arts/culture, mass communications and any other relevant fields
