Job Description

• Lead DBJ’s APAC expansion, ensuring alignment with regional nuances and DBJ's mission, while establishing and enhancing relationships with senior leadership among clients and partners.

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience working for a government-related financial institution or investment firm with in-depth experience in leading a team, understanding of reporting structure to a head office owned by government and regulators and communication with other government institutions.
• At least 5 years of experience working in relation to Japanese financial regulations and laws in order to ensure that the Singapore office complies with the same compliance standard of corporate finance and investment criteria as our Japan head office that is regulated by Ministry of Finance in Japan.
• Experience working for or negotiating with government agencies as clients.
