Job Summary

The IT and Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's information technology and systems infrastructure. This individual contributor role involves providing 1st level technical support to users and working with our vendors for 2nd level / 3rd level support, managing the day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring network security, implementing IT policies, and managing system upgrades. Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support and User Training:

· Oversee the provision of level 1 technical support to employees and departments.

· Work with and manage our vendors for level 2 and level 3 support/issues resolution.

· Develop and implement user training programs for IT systems and tools.

· Establish an IT helpdesk service to address technical issues efficiently.

3. System Administration:

· Administer servers, databases, and networking equipment.

4. Network and Security Management:

· Design and maintain secure and reliable networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and VPN connections.

· Project Management:

Required Qualifications:
