Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Revenue is responsible for working with the Revenue Management team in determining strategic goals and tactical efforts, which drive revenue to the hotel. Account and Fiscal Management

• Act as a conduit between Finance and the client servicing team to ensure that accounts are profitably managed or to understand the reasons for over and under servicing;

Business Development

• Actively develops own business contacts through professional activities to generate new business leads;
• Manage the entire new business process from attending briefing sessions to leading brainstorm sessions, delegating key tasks and developing new business proposals;
• Identify opportunities for organic growth with existing clients and introduces existing clients to Ruder Finn offices in other geographies to contribute to the global growth of the firm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
• At least 8-10 years of industry experience, PR/Communications agency preferred
• Strong skills in leadership and team management, including significant understanding and experience in staff development

Job Summary

The Group’s Fit For Growth (FFG) Programme commenced in Q1 2024, with the aim of simplifying, standardising, and digitising the Bank’s processes, to provide a platform for Business growth and to ‘make it easier to get things done’.

As part of the Programme, a central team, the FFG Control Room, has been established to help structure, co-ordinate, prioritise, support, and monitor the initiatives that will be selected to deliver the efficiencies and growth opportunities. The team will also help to manage the governance, communications and reporting of the broader Programme.

Strategy
• Articulating the high-level FFG opportunity for the Bank, and the breaking-down that by Business and Function (i.e. Portfolio), in order to provide clarity and transparency on the objectives of the Programme.
• Understanding the overall FFG Programme structure, covering all Portfolios, whether Business, Functional or pan-Bank, their teams, programmes, and initiatives.

Business
• Working closely with the Portfolio Leads, their delegates and teams to ensure that objectives are clear, and delivery is tracked and reviewed on a regular basis.
• Understanding key Business and Functional opportunities for simplifying, standardising, and digitising the Bank’s processes and overall capability.
