• Lead the integration of AI models into products, ensuring seamless interaction between AI algorithms and user-facing functionalities. Collaborate with data science teams to define requirements for model development, testing, and deployment.
• Drive strategy and execution from concept to in-market, accountable for meeting milestone commitments and business targets.
• Create and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, UX designers, sales, and marketing.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical insights into business value.
• Oversee go-to-market strategy for AI software products, working closely with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. Maintain the product backlog, ensure work is defined and prioritized, approve completed work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software product management experience or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data science, and software development processes.
• Launched at least 1 well-known public IP or public-facing initiatives on known software products / platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-centered product features.
• Take ownership mentality with a drive to "get things done" and be invested in the outcome.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions based on both data analysis and customer feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, both technical and non-technical.
• Gamer and game industry experience preferred.

Education & Experience

1) Manage and coordinate multiple KAs and responsible for commitment of contract delivery indicators and satisfaction to KAs. Lead business reviews on operation performance and review KPI to achieve requirement and enhance customer satisfaction.
