Primary Duties

Responsibilities:

• People Management: Manage, motivate, and develop a small team of engineers and support analysts, ensuring that the service levels are met. Manages resources, resource forecasts and allocation of work activities.
• Risk Management: Establish and manage risk for the team’s skill levels and adequate resources to ensure that risks are mitigated, and problems are resolved, in relation to meeting the service commitments.

• Operations: Focus and attention is primarily on the specific services which the team is delivering to their current user base. Help to define and implement best practice for given area. Responsible for improving core skills, adopting standard processes and encouraging re-use.
• Reporting – Provide regular updates on operations matters and statuses to stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage activities of Engineering Service and develop Custom Solutions strategies based on customer profiles to drive collaborate closely with the Sales Department to market and sell Custom Solutions, Onsite Services, and Training offerings. This includes providing technical assistance, preparing quotations, conducting presentations, and actively participating during sales visits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, building customer relationships, and participation in industry-related events.
• Identify, create, lead and establish Sales opportunities and build effective relationships with potential partners.
