SUMMARY

The Manager / Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the development, management and optimisation of HCSA Community Services’ online fundraising and digital marketing strategy across various online channels.

The position plays a crucial role towards HCSA’s financial sustainability, by leveraging digital platforms to drive donations, and maximising fundraising opportunities across various channels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Online fundraising campaigns (digital/social media)

1. Develop and execute online fundraising strategies to engage donors and generate financial support for our community services

2. Plan, manage and optimise online fundraising campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, email and crowdfunding

3. Create compelling fundraising appeals, stories and content to inspire donations and engage supporters

4. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise fundraising campaigns, track performance metrics and identify future opportunities

5. Leverage on marketing automation for donor engagement and retention

6. Manage our fundraising campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency

Website management

1. Manage overall content, UI/UX and SEO on HCSA websites, with inputs from the respective content owners

2. Oversee the redevelopment of the main website, with eCommerce, payment gateway and conversion tracking functionalities

Others

1. Collaborate within the team and across functions/programmes, to integrate online fundraising with offline fundraising, and align holistically with broader organisational initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Education

1. Proven experience with a track record of successfully managing online fundraising, eCommerce or digital marketing campaigns

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing and fundraising fundamentals and tools — including UI/UX, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, SEM, programmatic ads

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising appeals and donor communications

Position Summary

The APAC Established Products Squad (EPS) is a location-agnostic squad composed of members from affiliates throughout the APAC region. The squad is accountable for the management and performance of the dynamic EP portfolio of products in partnered affiliates.

The ambition for digital is to engage and serve patients and customers in a purely digital way at an above-country level.

As Digital Activation Manager (DAM) you will be accountable for ensuring the successful execution of the digital engagement and services for EP Squad, including tracking defined metrics and driving incremental improvement through application of learning.

You will be joining the team already composed by 1 Digital Lead, 1 Digital Activation Manager and will work closely with Disease Area Lead (DAL), Medical & Scientific Partner (MSP) as well as Alliance Manager (AM) within the squad.

Beyond the squad, you will work closely with affiliates, the Content Lab, APAC CX Network, EpiCXs & RDI teams, but also Global CXI partners to ensure efficient and effective digital execution.

Principle Responsibilities:

As a EP Squad Member:

• Together with other EP squad and network members define short & mid-term EPS outcomes in alignment with EPS vision,long-term outcomes & Roche 2030 vision.
• Proactively contribute to the achievement of defined EPS outcomes and linked success metrics.
• Actively participate and contribute to the squad practice of self-management & self authored learning to accelerate growth and foster high-performance culture.
• Proactively share market & customer knowledge adopting defined systems and forums for retention and dissemination.
• Partner mindfully with affiliates, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and never compromising their customer and business accountabilities (reputation, trust, license to operate, etc).
• Successfully lead Work Packages through effective and transparent communication, scope management, technical expertise, critical thinking and problem-solving.

As a Digital Activation Manager:

Working with the EP APAC DAM, Digital Lead, DAL, SMP & AM to:

Shape and execute a purely digital business model

• Co-develop a purely digital business model: With EPS and the network, build the purely digital model vision, strategy and roadmap to make it happen. Bring stakeholders on the journey and ensure the strategy is embedded in APAC and Roche Global overall strategy.
• Implementation: Through experimentation and learnings, enable the implementation of the strategy by bringing stakeholders together, driving innovation and change and overcoming challenges and roadblocks.

Build first in class digital execution and be accountable in the quality of the digital engagement

• Standards: Define and establish the standards to ensure a first in class digital execution
• Engagement execution: Coordinate the digital campaign planning, development and execution for key DA across APAC (between campaign owners and The Lab). This includes bringing strategic and technical support to ensure efficiency and impact of different campaigns.
• Analytic: Ensure clear KPI and tracking systems are in place to assess internal efficiency and external performance and impact.
• Learning loop: Support the team in building digital knowledge thanks to every execution done and drive incremental improvement through the application of those learnings.
• Digital Marketing project support: Support on other digital projects as required such as working on email and consent capture campaigns that could be deployed and adopted across APAC.
• Capability building: Support digital capability building within EPS especially around technology and digital marketing (training, coaching…).

Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications:

Functional and technical breadth across the following are required. At least 3 areas below should account for hands-on expertise, industry and market depth as well as operations of such a platform.

• Content and Digital Asset Management
• Brand and/or corporate websites and portals development and management
• Social CRM and messenger Campaign activation
• Customer Analytics & Insight and Marketing Dashboards
• Customer and Audience Data Management
• Data Driven Marketing
• Email marketing

Experience

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience developing and managing digital content for websites, ideally in a regulated industry. Experience with content creation and management for other digital channels (social, apps etc.) would be ideal.
• Hands on experience building, launching and managing digital campaigns end to end
• Experience working in a regional capacity, enabling multiple markets/country team, working with them to successfully leverage and deploy regional solutions and content
• Experienced working in regulated industries such as finance, insurance and/or healthcare
• Working with external agencies to brief and scope digital projects.
