- Develop customized structuring and financing solutions tailored to meet clients' specific needs.
- Direct and oversee ongoing client management by monitoring the implementation of financing plans, resolving conflicts, and managing the expectations of all stakeholders involved.
- Build rapport and establish credibility with prospective clients, influencing key decision-makers to initiate a relationship with the organization.
- Identify opportunities and recommend strategies for cross-selling products and services by thoroughly understanding corporate banking offerings and conducting detailed client analysis.
- Identify and prospect new clients through market segmentation, applying targeted approaches to attract and select potential clients.
- Oversee client acceptance and onboarding processes, including conducting due diligence and reviewing necessary documentation.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by ensuring ongoing communication and leading negotiation sessions on pricing and financing structures to deliver tailored service offerings.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Banking/Business Administration/Economics or related qualifications;
• Preferably with 2 year relevant experience
• Passion for banking and relationship management
