Job Summary:

The Landscape Operations Manager leads the implementation of softscape and hardscape in a landscape project. Why We Need You!

Ivanti is seeking a talented and dynamic Regional Inside Sales Manager (SEAK + Greater China) who is fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and/or Korean. In this hybrid role, you'll be a key player driving sales closures, lead conversions, and channel partnerships to achieve strategic growth across Southeast Asia and Greater China. Collaborate with marketing, channel partners, and account development teams to elevate Ivanti's presence in these pivotal markets.

What You Will Be Doing:

· Sales Closure: Achieve sales targets and quotas for assigned countries within the SEAK and Greater China regions.

· Lead Conversion: Manage and convert cold calls/emails and marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.

· Channel Partnering: Work closely with channel partners to cultivate and convert leads into successful sales.

· Hybrid Role: Adapt seamlessly between field sales, channel management, and supporting marketing-led generation efforts.

· Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to identify and develop leads, and with the account development team to drive successful outcomes.

· Performance Measurement: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including 50% for sales targets and 50% for lead closure & conversion along with meeting target specifications for EAM and TAM.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

· Experience: 4-5+ years in a sales role, preferably within the technology or IT sector.

· Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, and preferably Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Korean.

· Sales Skills: Strong ability to close sales, manage leads, and partner with channels to drive sales.

· Adaptability: Capability to perform in a hybrid sales role that requires field presence and remote collaboration.

· Communication: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.

· Customer Focus: A champion for customer success, dedicated to providing top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned regional product and technology portfolio to ensure it is relevant, competent, competitive and profitable, and aligned with the business strategy
• Own the Definition, Development and Commercialization of regionally-driven product development initiatives
• Work closely with the technical and marketing teams in the region and sub-regions, as well as with the Global Product Managers (GPM)
• Become regional subject matter expert (SME) for assigned products and technologies.
• Work with Portfolio Managers to leverage collections as an internal promotional tool for new products and technologies.
• Define product and technology needs and gaps, quantify opportunities, and establish business justification for new regional projects.
• Work with sub regions to craft and elevate compelling business cases to GPM on regional opportunities and needs (incl. sales/profit projections, regulatory requirements, product performance expectations). Acts as the core owner and APAC representative to GPM and the Science & Technology groups, ensuring projects for our region are brought to successful commercialization
• Provide input into the global product strategy built by the Global Product Managers
• Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products, communicates changes and recommends corrective responses
• Lead, execute regional projects with delegated stakeholders and ensure the deliverables are met as per defined regional needs
• Drive the commercialization of products and technologies in the region lead by regional and global team

o Internally – Ensure the regional technical group is prepared to support the external launch of new products and technologies

o Externally with our customers - Ensure success at sub-regional level with a strong commercial mindset ( jointly develop promotional plan, arrange sales and technical force training, support sales in customer visits, resolve issues affecting commercial plan)

• Work with the Category and Marketing managers to develop value propositions, connect the dots between our scientific tools and technology capabilities, and our consumer and category insights
• Equip market technical team with the capabilities to win with new products and technologies
• Help deliver Sales and Gross Margin targets, working closely with Commercial Heads, and with the pricing team to define price levels
• Ensure that new ingredients and regional versions of flavours are provided to all Flavour Innovation Centres with all appropriate information related to the new products (regulatory requirement, pricing)

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry
• Application, Product Development or Product Management or B2B Marketing within the food or flavour industry of at least 10 years in Savoury or Sweet segment
• Demonstrated project management skills with experience interacting and collaborating with commercial, marketing and technical teams
• Strong influencing skills and proven experience working across diverse teams like R&D, Sales, Marketing
• Market undersanding and looking for spaces where there are opportunities to develop the segment

Responsible for centralized control over the financial operations related to payment in regional marketing agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Funds Management: Timely monitoring of account balances within the region, and allocating funds according to business needs.

2. Cost Payment Management: Responsible for processing cost payments by reviewing or verifying bills against contracts to ensure legality, compliance, accuracy, and promptness of payments.

3. Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of expense ledgers with bank statements and prepare bank deposit adjustment reports.

4. Tax Refund Supervision: Oversee the tax refund application process for branch offices within the jurisdiction, providing necessary documents as required by local authorities, verifying refund amounts, and managing the accounting process upon receipt.

5. Account Entry Review: Ensure monthly account entry reviews are completed on time and that entries are accurate. Responsible for filing accounting records within the cost department.

6. Asset Management: Manage assets through regular audits; handle the application, transfer, disposal, and clearance of fixed assets. Responsible for managing cash on hand.

7. Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Prepare and monitor the budget for centrally controlled marketing agencies, providing monthly updates on budget performance, and enforcing strict budget management.

Job Description

• Business development, retain and grow existing customer base and develop new business for the region with the incorporation of marketing activities.
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets/goals.
• Convert prospects to generate sales /business for region growth.
• Maintain customer/prospect relationships via personal visits, email, phone correspondence, and other manners of contact such as professional organizations, social media sites etc.
• Ensure proper documentation like technical data and share right information with customers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, R&D, and Regulatory organizations to successfully deliver business plan targets.
• Monitor markets and competition by collecting various product, pricing and relevant information.
• Report progress, metrics and analyses to management on sales and other activities at regular intervals.
• Develop and maintain high level proficiency in navigating and using all company software.
• Plans / support / co-ordinates advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media and direct mail within sales territory.
• Attend and actively participate in all required meetings. Represent company at trade shows to promote product.
• Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and meet the deadlines.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and/or a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of related experience in Business Development. Candidates with B2B and Regional Sales Experience (for ASEAN countries).
• Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external associates at all levels.
• Personal care, home care, Food &Pharma based experience will be preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
• Capacity to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
• High competency level in all forms of computer literacy including, but not limited to, email use, word processing, spreadsheet creation and manipulation, internet navigation, server access, database use etc.
• Capacity to learn internal software at levels that ensure successful and quick execution of all job task.
• Required language(s): English & other South East Asian languages preferred (This is important as the customer base is APAC Region 80% - outside of singapore).
• Willing to travel which is 30% of the job nature
