JOB SUMMARY:

Gradiant is seeking a Project Planner or Senior Project Planner to assist the Project Manager for all Project Management related activities. The Project Planner will report to the Project Managers and will directly work with local staffs of Bid, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning team.

The main role of the project planner is to develop project schedule and monitoring the progress of the schedule by directly communicating with team members and reporting the progress of the project to the project manager and suggesting modifications to the project to better enhance the schedule. The role involves gathering actual data on a regular basis, update project schedule, preparation of progress reports, preparation of look ahead & critical path schedules and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team. Working with a dynamic team of Production Planning experts, both on Site and in the Supply Chain Network, the API Production Planner is responsible for all activities related to:

• Transforming the API Production Planning Processes to deliver a Standardized Production Planning Model for API and achieve an E2E system-based planning Ecosystem.
• Working with Global Production Planning Process Teams to drive continuous improvement and deploy new capabilities/tools and metrics to ensure a system-based planning Ecosystem.
