Job Description:

Manpower Readiness

• Responsible for being the key HR rep in budgeting exercises.
• Monitor and update manpower readiness.
• Harmonise the manpower planning and budgeting processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highlight manpower issues or gaps to senior management & division directors for appropriate actions to be taken.
• Institute structured and disciplined manpower requisition and establish management processes through development of guidelines, requirements and templates

Manpower Analysis

• Analyse current manpower inventory and making future manpower forecast using advanced statistical models and tools to generate meaningful insights and drive actions.
• Provide effective manpower data analysis reports to stakeholders.
• Manage all reporting requirements under the function.

HR Planning

• Compute Manpower Productivity Indicators (headcount per beds-in-service, attrition rate etc)
• Propose KPI targets using past trend data, monitor and track achievements.
• Work with Finance on budget allocation for HR division and track expenses.
• Co-ordinate, track and report progress on the various transition-related HR projects
• Provide supervision and guidance to the team.
• Participate in other various HR projects when assigned.
