Monitoring and Evaluation:

Key Qualifications and Experience:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Sports Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in high-performance sport, with a focus on swimming or aquatic disciplines.

· Proven success in managing athlete development programs that have achieved international success.

What you will be working on

You will be involved in administering retirement-related withdrawal schemes. • You will plan, coordinate and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Departments that are aligned to the organization strategic plan. You will lead a nursing team to manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds. You will also mentor/supervise nurses in their clinical practice, and participate in hospital committees/projects.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ of nursing management experience, of which, at least 5 years’ experience as Senior Nurse Manager or above
• Preferably a Post-graduate in Management or Nursing with Advanced Diploma in Midwifery, Paediatrics, Medical Surgical, Perioperative, NICU or related disciplines
• Experience /involvement in Quality and Risk Management Committee/Task Force/Project would be an advantage
