Job Description:

• Oversee the onboarding administration process, managing employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, and employee declarations.
• Initiate post-employment screenings, identifying and communicating discrepancies to HR Business Partners.
• Handle various staff movement activities, including transfers, secondments, employment type conversions, retirement, and cessation of employment.
• Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers as needed.
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents.
• Uphold good data management practices, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
• Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system.
• Provide thoughtful, accurate, and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
• Undertake any other duties or projects assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum a Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Have a good understanding of the Employment Act.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
