Job Type: Permanent- Full Time

-5 days work week ( Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm)

-0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month

-2% medical pay per month

-14 days annual leave + 14 days medical

Job Responsibillities.

• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination work to the department.

• In charge of filing, data entry and administrative duties

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

• Maintain and update employees' records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc

• Provide support to ensure effective information flow and communication among various internal and external stakeholders.

• Outreach to vendors for business procurement related matters

• Assist with payroll and collection.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
