Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of corporate and property tax returns, payments, reports and maintenance of the Company’s tax database. Monitor and ensure the timely payment of tax liabilities
• Monitor tax audits and inquiries, including preparing responses and providing necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Assist in the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance

Position Summary:

• The Marketing Communication Specialist is a highly strategic role, helping to develop and execute our go-to-market plans for key segments, as well as support offer development and product launch in South East Asia. The focus of this role is to help improve our ability to win by assessing market opportunities and creating unique value propositions, marketing campaigns, thought leadership content and sales enablement tools that give our sales organization a competitive edge.
• The Marketing Communication Specialist will serve as a project management leader with cross-functional teams to assess business development needs, ideate new marketing campaign and tactics, and continually test and refine performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute the marketing plan and measure results of the marketing program
• Manage all promotional activities including internal communications, lead generation, branding, relationships with partners, & reporting activities
• Manage CRM and other web analytical tools for reporting
• Maintenance of sales enablement portals
• Effectively work within the Marketing Communications operating system
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Work both independently and as a part of the global marketing team

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Preferably B.E & MBA / PGDM, specialization in Marketing
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Proven performance in managing successful brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
• Proven performance developing value propositions and promotional messaging for new offers
• Demonstrated experience working with and influencing a wide range of corporate stakeholders, including all levels of a sales organization
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to travel as the business requires (approximately 25% of the time)
• Ability to use market research effectively to understand customer, markets, channels
• Able to anticipate changes in the market and adjusts strategies accordingly
• Experience with internal training and change management a plus
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)

Function Overview

Assist the product development and provide execution services to Nomura IWM in relation to all Fixed Income products specialists.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to build and grow the Fixed Income (Cash and Structured Products) products and solutions offering for IWM Clients in the region.
• Collaborate with regional coverage and product team members to enhance the overall product and platform capabilities for coverage teams and clients.
• Spearhead desk infrastructure development in Credit Coverage, Research, Performance monitoring
• Coordinate Structured Product content ideation, feedback collection, idea conversion and associated process enhancements

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in Fixed Income domain
• Skilled in Fixed Income advisory with ability to deal and provide product leadership across cash bonds, credit, derivatives and other structured solutions
• Experienced fixed income advisory professional providing in-depth Research coverage for Emerging markets, including LATAM, Middle East
• Effectively bilingual (in particular Hindi speaking) with deep understanding of economics, political and cultural aspects of India fixed income market
• Strong track record dealing with NRIs to design and deliver tailored fixed income solutions to clients
