IT SALES MANAGER

Key Duties & Responsibilities | About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you play a vital and rewarding role in the dynamic & growing sales team focusing in selling IT services & solutions to large SMEs & MNC customers. You are responsible for a full sales cycle, from hunting to developing and bringing deals to closure.

· Carrying out direct sales activities to acquire new customers (B2B) by calling & visiting prospective customers through given company’s client base &/or own contacts

· Build good rapport and expand business opportunities with existing customers

· Attending weekly sales meeting and provide updates in sales developments

· Submitting sales funnels via cloud software timely & achieving monthly/ quarterly sales target

· Work closely with technical folks and key technology business partners on given leads, partnership events and business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience | About You

· At least 2 years of corporate sales experience in relevant industry

Serve as the subject matter expert on Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies and solutions, providing guidance on industry best practices.

Oversee testing phases to ensure the integrity, performance, and security of MFT solutions.

Security & Compliance:

Troubleshooting & Support:

Continuous Improvement & Optimization:

Monitor and analyze the performance of MFT solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in MFT technologies or systems integration are a plus.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in IT consulting or solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions and integrations.

Extensive experience working with MFT platforms such as IBM Sterling, Axway, or Globalscape.

Proven experience in designing and deploying MFT solutions in highly regulated industries, particularly pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences.
