• Attended customer complaints and technical enquiries; provided prompt and effective resolution (both on site and through phone) to any product or service problem in accordance with pre-determined performance standard.
• Ensure all documentation (e.g., technical reports) is up-to-date and in order; ensure timely and accurate update in the Service information system for effective follow-up and decision making.
• Prepare periodic progress report and feedback (e.g., on product quality and market information) to management.

• Conduct morning verification of jobs carried out for all Service Partners.

Pre-requisites

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in repair, servicing, and installation of air-conditioner for NITEC holder in Building Services Technology (Airconditioning & Refrigeration or Mechanical & Electrical Services) OR Minimum two (2) years’ site experience in air-con related industry for Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor
• Good communication and written skills

Job Description

• Adheres to principles and practices of infection control, health and safety
• Ensures all dialysis equipment are clean, safe and in good working order and to report any defects to NM / RN in charge.
• Attend to basic nursing and general care of dialysis patients under supervision such as: Preparation of dialysis machine including setting up consumables; removal of medical consumables items from dialysis machine; assist in the transfer of patients with fall risk
• Weekly cleaning of dialysis chairs and machines
• Replenishment of medical consumables for daily usage including cleaning and preparing of working trollies.
• Assists with pre/post dialysis specifications: weight, temperature and other vital signs of the patient.
• Crowd control and distribution of patient dialysis cards.
• Participates in nursing shift handover sessions and continuous quality improvement projects.
• Provide support in basic administration and documentation

Job Requirements

• ITE Skills Certificates in Health Sciences (In-patient) or WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care)
• Able to work 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays)
• Min 1 year experience in Dialysis setting will be advantageous

Receive and check incoming stock. Conduct stock take in orderly manner. Loading and unloading of stock. Pick & pack, label for dispatch. Liaise with sales dept for sales order requirement. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.

Qualifications:

· Minimum N level qualifications

· Basic data entry and Microsoft Excel experience

· Comfortable to work in warehouse environment.

· IT product knowledge will be advantageous.

· Able to do manual work, lifting heavy items

· Able to operate a pallet jack.
