Job Description:

1. To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties ensuring project requirements at customer site are complied.
2. Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion.
3. Oversees daily project operation, logistics arrangements, and customer’s arrangement.
4. Project site management and coordination.
5. Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefing notes and status report.
6. Work closely with customer site operations to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.
7. To participate in contractor meetings as and when required by customer. Discuss and feedback to Manager for actions required
8. Assist the Manager to manage customer care program. To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategies.
9. To ensure all ISD personnel and sub-contractors adhere to the safety, Environmental and Health policies and requirements. Review the ISD personnel and sub-contractor work activity and review their JSRA.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and review financial models for greenfield, brownfield and M&A transactions in the power and utilities, renewables industry
• Conduct research on industry landscape, competitors analyses, market trends; assessment of commercial viability, perform financial and credit analyses and valuation of companies/assets, including research on relevant market and transaction comparable; and identifying the key risks and potential mitigants in transactions
• Provide execution support including the evaluation of deal structure, coordination of the various due diligence workstreams and review of transaction documentation
• Preparation and review of presentation and materials used for engaging internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Markets/Commercial, Legal, Finance, and Tax, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

• At least 6 - 8 years of QS experience in Construction of Civil or Building projects (For Senior Role)
• At least 3 - 5 years of QS experience in Construction of Civil or Building projects (For Quantity Surveyor Role)
• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration.
• Good time management skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks independently.
• Knowledge of Primavera or Primavera 6 software will be an advantage.
