The Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance (APLMA), is an alliance of Heads of Government committed to eliminate malaria and other communicable diseases in Asia Pacific, with a focus on the most vulnerable communities.

The Communications Manager plays an integral role in bringing APLMA’s mission and vision further to life. What you will do

The Media and Science of Brand Growth Team sits within the APAC Growth Office and is intended to drive the application of the Science of Brand Growth (SoBG) in Pacific in addition to step-changing Kenvue’s marketing strategy and regional approach for media, content, and data, to enable measurable outcomes tied to marketing effectiveness beyond ROI and unlock marketing impact for the Kenvue regional P&L.

This role represents Pacific in the global Science of Brand Growth team and will play a key role to lead the media strategy and capabilities design and implementation, with in-depth market understanding to connect the dots and drive synergy across initiatives. The person will prioritize the media strategy & infrastructure, execute the program roll out, identify relevant pilots that can then be executed at scale.

In addition, this role focuses on efforts to build the Kenvue portfolio brands equity and balance Media ROIs and reach through initiatives like key partnerships for future proofing, and measurement for marketing effectiveness. Regional and local stakeholders’ enablement to unlock capabilities and drive a new culture against this transformation workstream.

The person in this role will be an industry leader with strong external relationships and a track record of delivering innovative approaches and strategies to building brand via marketing strategy related to media that balance driving both KPIs of brand equity and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Specifically, the role will be responsible for:

• Deliver strong end–to-end marketing spend deployment with Working and non-working media balanced for growth and a digital first landscape
• Drive media agency scope and impact leveraging key global and/or regional media partnerships, deal negotiation, and/or joint business plan development (media agency, Google, Facebook, etc) to deliver business growth and KPIs
• Creating new operational frameworks, business/marketing KPI’s, and executional models, seeking new ways to optimize the organization’s media model to increase effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Maximize working media ROI impact for Kenvue and help Kenvue brands invest sufficiently & strategically to build HH penetration with mental availability with consumers by designing, tracking, and sharing optimum marketing investment models
• Focus on delivering digital media innovation, leveraging industry leading technologies and capitalizing on various 1P/2P/3P data signals. Support in the creation of approach for the future of marketing against media wastage, cookie less future and media contingency planning
• Action category and competitive insights to drive consumer centricity and operational quality.
• Investigating and identifying capabilities needed for future growth over the next 18 months, and vendor onboarding and management. This may include capabilities ranging Ad tech, Mar tech, 3rd party data signals, custom data signals to drive incremental performance uplift, or new approaches to Precision marketing.
• Design and develop a robust media operational infrastructure and data foundation with Digital Analytics, agencies, and IT, embed data into our marketing investment decisions and develop media reporting to enable E2E “performance model.” Develop workflows (KPIs, baselines, opportunity value, cadence and next best action) and streamline tools, processes and sources for easy, actionable insights and real-time utility.
• Identify, evolve, and consolidate performance analytics and KPIs (Metrics that Matter) and toolsets
• Upskilling through formal and informal training as well as by leading a robust community of practice. Ensure teams are informed on the latest industry trends, shifts & opportunities.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate media/media agency or similar environment driving digital marketing innovation projects, precision/performance marketing, implementation of Ad tech/Mar tech and a strong track record of realizing business impact and thought leadership.

SPH Media’s Content Lab is looking for an exceptional talent to join our award-winning content marketing team as Senior Video Producer. This role manages, facilitates and creates innovative and effective branded content across SPH Media platforms, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and more.

The right person for this role has a passion for telling visual stories with heart, innovation and charm. You are responsible for driving all stages of the content marketing video process, from concept and scripting, to managing production and post-production. Content Lab’s video output exists in a range of genres and formats, including documentary-style films, motion graphic videos, explainers, animation and creative short stories. Our client list is diverse, and so is our content.

The role requires a strong sense of experimentation, adventure and playfulness. You must be an experienced idea generator who is passionate about developing stories that resonate with audiences – always with an eye on the larger goals of the content campaign and how each video impacts the intended KPIs. You are skilled at writing and shaping narrative arcs both on paper and in the edit room, and have experience revising scripts and reviewing edits.

Content Lab works with an army of freelancers to bring our concepts to life – you and a team of producers run the show, on time and on budget. Experience with project management and overseeing many moving parts, assignments, and deliverables at once is essential. You must be able to work well as part of a team. Media and Public Relations

• Identifies brand and communication opportunities to profile Fujifilm brand in regionally especially in Singapore
• Build strong relationships with media, analysts, industry influencers and other external stakeholders
• Organise media interviews for top management either with/without support of PR agency
• Organize innovative storytelling across multiple products, solutions and services and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Development and Dissemination of Press Release - Localise and write press releases, collate, and prepare media list for dissemination, develop e-mail pitches for the media list, liaise with department PICs for dissemination, news wire dissemination and reporting on PR coverages
• Lead and manage media and public relations initiatives such media interviews, editorials, new product, new territory launch.
• Media Monitoring and Management
• Regular search on keywords and recent press release dissemination to find out if there have been any coverage or other relevant news for FBAP and FBSG.
• Media Coverage Reporting
• Report to Headquarters or related subsidiaries monthly coverage
• Media Relations & Public Relations Agency Management
• Work closely with Meltwater for quarterly social listening reports, vendors for ad-hoc PR activations and to build and maintain subsidiary media contacts.

Brand and Communications

• Manage FB and subsidiaries and govern Brand and Corporate Identity or brand consistency in Asia Pacific
• Plan and execute social media strategy and manage platforms in Facebook LinkedIn Initiatives through amplification of PR stories
• Develop social media posts and assets, which includes all creatives ( images, videos etc)
• Manage social calendar
• Work with various stakeholder to create or develop posts
• Manage and review design requests such as marketing collaterals.
• Line of Business support – Support consists of developing marketing assets, provide advisory, review brands and communications proposals, initiatives, plan and execute customer events etc

REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 10 years’ experience in regional brand and marketing communication
• University graduate with Mass Communication/Marketing degree
• Hands-on creative campaign/promotion execution skills
• Good written communication skills combined with the ability to competently liaise at all levels inside and outside the organization
• Good mediation and issues management skills to ensure all levels of marketing communicate, share information and cross promote wherever appropriate as opportunities arise
• Must be numerate with adequate analytical/spreadsheet skills to allow for budget tracking and reporting
• This is a hands on position, requiring the incumbent to undertake a variety of activities from conception to implementation.
• The ideal person would be adaptable to change and able to act on their own initiative
• Highly self-motivated, self-starter, well organized with good attention to detail
• Strong understanding of brand development, image protection, media placement and the importance of budgetary control to provide ‘best value’ returns.
• Previous regional exposure will be an added advantage.
