SUMMARY

The role holder will be primarily responsible for expanding the sales capabilities by significantly increasing the AUM across the asset management platform. The role will be primarily accountable for increasing overall sales in their broadest sense to generate new business and retain both clients and intermediaries and clients, rapidly generating income and improving the margins for the Asset Management business. The role is responsible increasing the top line and bottom-line performance of a highly successful investment portfolio whilst bring new client relationships.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Devise and implement strategies for growth of business by expanding

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 10-12 years of sales experience in Wealth Structuring/ Private

Japanese market is essential.

  Facilities Management

  • Manage the overall services provided and ensure the highest level of efficiency of facilities by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services. Including writing of work scope & specification requirements as needed for tender.
  • Oversee and schedule preventive maintenance to mitigate risks and optimize the lifelong cost of equipment.
  • Budget and plan for purchasing services and facilities as needed for new and current projects and maintenance.
  • Propose and schedule a maintenance plan to ensure that facilities are in good order.

  • Review, propose and plan for energy efficiency usage and reduction of overall waste in facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide key support in evaluating, planning and steering the asset to optimize investment returns
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities

Job Purpose (Job Summary):
Primary role/responsibility of the APAC Head of Product Management & Investor Relations is to provide leadership and direction to the staff of Product Management professionals and administrative assistants based in APAC, working closely in conjunction with Global Product Management teams and Invesco Real Estate (IRE) Global Client Portfolio Managers to cover the functional aspects of Product Management, Product Development, Product Governance, Market Intelligence, Investor Relations, Client Service, Marketing and Events.

The role requires the ability to work across several Invesco teams, as well as external advisors, to provide an “office-based” contact for client, consultant and sales team questions/requests and meetings. The role requires a high degree of organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

· Manage/oversee the APAC Product Management Department (marketing support and client services), including the management and further development of the APAC Product Management professionals.

Product Management

· Product Development - Assist in the design and development, Fund structuring and launch of new co-mingled fund structures investing in direct APAC Real Estate including Core, Value Add and Separate Accounts.

· Management of existing APAC Mandates, including coordinating changes to Fund documentation in conjunction with Legal.

· Ensure that APAC Product Governance meets all required Invesco and regulatory standards.

· Provide advice on APAC product strategy, including provision of market intelligence and peer group analysis.

· Produce and maintain fund-raising business plans for all APAC co-mingled funds.

· Assist with education of Invesco personnel on Invesco Real Estate APAC products.

· Liaise with the Global Product Management team to ensure global consistency and co-ordination of client relationship management.

· Build effective working relationships with other internal departments; ensure all departments are kept informed and appraised of developments.

Investor Relations

· IRE product specialist for regional products. Coordinate and oversee all client, consultant, prospect inquiries for information about IRE and direct real estate products.

· Co-ordination with the APAC Portfolio Management teams on sensitive LPAC/unit holder and Fund matters including communication with clients covering APAC Core, Value Add and Separate Account mandates.

· Client Servicing – review and approve relevant fund/business communications, quarterly/annual reporting inclusive of mass communications to real estate clients, consultants and prospects.

· Liaising with key Fund clients as the primary point of contact; developing and maintaining relationships with key business partners throughout APAC client base.

· Assist Client Portfolio Managers and/or Invesco sales team with prospect, client, and consultant relationships by providing appropriate follow up.

· Participate in onsite existing client and prospect due diligence/update meetings, including preparation of material.

· Direct the production and coordination of all direct real estate RFPs, working in conjunction with regional RFP teams and ensuring global continuity.

· Oversee the client on-boarding process for investing in direct real estate commingled funds, including working closely with regional AML/KYC teams, managing the provision of side letters through coordination with legal, compliance and escalate where necessary. Manage relationship with external service provider (TA).

· Manage client and prospects database, including but not limited to client information and prospect information. Oversee client information processing including Salesforce implementation.

· Manage the production and coordination of all marketing collateral for regional direct real estate products, ability to successfully balance commercial, creative, and regulatory requirements in all solutions.

· Oversee the presentation design process, adhering to brand guidelines.

· Manage regional client conferences and regional IRE events.

· Assist with the coordination of publicity and press releases for the APAC Real Estate Group.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• An understanding of the real estate industry, Invesco’s operations, institutional investors and the consultant community is recommended. Eight + years of experience in the industry is recommended.

What you will be working on

Reporting to the Principal Manager or Team Lead, the Manager will be responsible for the following:

Service Operations

• Support the supervision on the operations which is managed by an outsourced vendor.
• Monitor and verify KPI achievements and ensure that necessary remedial actions are carried out promptly.

Knowledge Management

• Work with Divisions to improve the contents on Service Portal to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness of contents.
• Update the Case Categorisation Matrix due to new or changes to programmes/initiatives work with divisions to develop relevant knowledge articles

The Project Manager, Product Transfer, is responsible for effectively managing strategic projects involving the transfer, validation, regulatory approval and ramp-up of product and manufacturing process technology into the BIOTRONIK Singapore site.

He/she is responsible for managing a cross-functional project team, all project schedules, resource allocation, costs, risks and required mitigation, and reporting to the site and global business leadership. The Project Manager establishes and maintains effective communication with the site departments Operations, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, Finance, Human Resources, and Real Estate, as well as to the System House Project Management organization, Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, and other stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Prepare, plan and control cross-location projects:

• Maintain overall responsibility for project goals in terms of costs, time and quality
• Provide leadership in driving Cross-Site Interfacing Processes, defining clear roles and responsibilities for all functions within the project
• Accountable for designing and executing proper planning, including creation of the project work breakdown structures, identification of critical path and contingency planning, using appropriate project management software and tools. • Technical or Business Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience

• Agile certifications such as SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, CPO are an asset
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in regulated industry with functional association to Operations, Process Engineering, Quality, Research and Development
• Must demonstrate practical experience in Program Management leadership managing multiple projects and or programs within a highly regulated industry (e.g. medical device, pharmaceutical, avionics, automotive)
