RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme and Residents management

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team to support activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy
• Introduce, implement rehabilitative therapies and/or programmes. Review and evaluate therapies and programmes to see if they are relevant to residents.
• Facilitate, coordinate and plan in-house programmes for residents. Monitor residents involvement for in-house activities and update individual residents care plan (ICP) report to respective case or social workers/managers
• Work closely with the Programme team to ensure programmes rostered to do are delivered
• Plan, develop program materials, design and implement group activities
• Work with key workers to implement strategies for behaviour management
• Responsible for progress monitoring of achievement of residents care plan goals

Community Partnership and Volunteer Management

• Source, develop and sustain collaborations with other social service agencies, community stakeholders, corporate partners and, government agencies where necessary for effective programme and volunteer management

3. Partner for all China roles:

• Be the go-to partner for all GSCDO Career Leads in areas of understanding China employers and employment trends.
• Support NBS endeavors in China e.g., sourcing for industry projects and managing industry visits (e.g. SIFT).

4. Provide student counselling for all China roles:

• Develop calendar of recruitment activities to ensure pipeline of China roles are availed to all post-graduate students.
• Place students in their desired roles (full-time jobs and internships).
• Monitor student’s performance and growth during internships and prepare to intervene with win-win solutions for both student and industry partner.

• Manage the Core Product category to grow share and usage of Visa credentials across Consumer and Commercial segments

Primary Responsibilities:

The Director of IT is responsible for the following task but not limited to the below:

• Oversee hotel IT Services team from managerial aspects and provide guidance to ensure all technology based questions can be answered promptly.
• Manage the day to day operations and scheduling of IT colleagues.
• Ensure that the team consistently provides a high level of operational stability for property based technology, and high levels of service and support to colleagues and guests
• Maintain and promote core technology standards and maintain Accor best practices in respect to property systems.
• Ensure that Accor Technology Policies and Procedures are carried out, according to The Finance & Accounting Policy Manual and as outlined in the Systems Manager user Guide.
• Provide technical expertise and project management for all technology projects.
• Provide twenty-four hour support for mission critical systems as documented in the service escalation document.
• Attend operational meetings as required.
• Effectively communicates technology related plans, actions and decisions with the hotel team.
• Contribute to Technology Services knowledge base.
• Implement and maintain backup and emergency procedures to ensure integrity of programs and data at all times.

• Preferable with at least 10 years of working experience in cold calling and B2B sales management is required for this position.
• Proven hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification and contact verification.
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.

• Developing business with asset managers and asset owners across all aspects of asset servicing including fund administration, loan administration, custody, outsourcing, FX Overlay, banking & payments
• Working independently & owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure of deals

• Liaison between Food and Beverage departments and rest of hotel effective for guest experience.

Operational Precision:

• Streamline kitchen operations to reflect the precision and efficiency expected in luxury & large scale dining.
• Implement systems that uphold the seamless execution of culinary services in a multi-location luxury environment.

Raffles City Convention Centre:

• Supervise culinary department, delegating and assigning duties and responsibilities to the Executive Chef, Chief Steward and staff to ensure the accurate and timely production of all catering events.
• Evaluate changes in guest needs, the hotel’s guest mix, industry and competitive trends to recommend appropriate products, services and operational changes to ensure guest satisfaction, market dominance and financial returns.
• Develop daily, seasonal and special event menus designed to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Meet with clients as needed to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Establish and ensure adherence to all product quality, consistency, presentation, portioning.
• Direct and train staff on new food items and provide on-going monitoring to ensure comprehension.
• Design skills level training and development plans for all culinary team members.
• Supervise, assign duties and responsibilities to ensure proper kitchen and equipment maintenance, efficiency, storage, safety and sanitation in multiple kitchens and food service areas.
• Conduct regular safety, sanitation and general product and personnel inspections to ensure all hotel standards and state health regulations are met.
• Forecast labor expense and overseeing the scheduling of the culinary and stewarding staff to ensure both adequate staffing and budgeted labor costs.

Administration/Supervisory Activities

• Daily supervision of all kitchen areas.
• Reviewing daily reports as they relate to food and labour / food waste with immediate follow up where and when required.
• Daily spot checks on purchasing and receiving.
• Periodically participate in month end inventories.
• Budget planning and monitoring for adherence.

Goals And Objective Settings

• Assist to set departments targets and goals and lead the culinary team to achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with the Quality Team on objectives and goals in order to improve food and event quality.
• Work with engineering department to improve functional operation of kitchens.
• Identify, experiment and implement new technology enhancements to improve work processes.
