[What you will be working on]

The Organisation Development and Planning Division (ODP) is responsible for driving long-term organisational effectiveness in MAS. Drawing from various disciplines and fields, ODP comprises dynamic individuals with competencies across culture and leadership development, change management and internal communications, behavioural sciences and corporate planning. You will be part of a team that carries out both organisational development (OD) and corporate planning work.

In this role, you will:

• Have a systems-level perspective of areas in which the organisation needs to transform to be highly effective in today’s context. Actively learn about leading company practices, both private and public sector, and adapt them to suit MAS’ context. Key focus areas will be leadership practices and behaviours, and organisational culture.

• Design and facilitate workshops to engage the leadership community on organisation-wide issues, building awareness about potential organisational changes and seeking leadership alignment. This includes running regular medium to large size workshops for leaders, including customising the design and facilitation execution. It also includes advising other teams on programme design for a more engaging and effective workshop.

• Develop and deliver culture interventions to raise awareness and alignment across the organisation, embed and reinforce behaviours, mindset shifts and new ways of working. It may also involve providing targeted support for high- or at-risk groups, departments and/or teams, to identify detrimental cultural and behavioural patterns, and design and facilitate fit-for-purpose interventions to positively impact effectiveness and health.

• Engage relevant stakeholder groups across the organisation, including senior and middle management, applying the insights to support the interventions for organisational change.

• Partner closely with the lead departments to co-create and plan changes relating to people and processes.

You may also be expected to perform aspects of corporate planning relating to whole-of-government initiatives, corporate governance and organisation excellence within MAS.

Strategic/Operational Planning

• Formulates and reviews plans for the development of Grassroots Organisations (GROs) in the constituency to achieve a highly liveable neighbourhood and a harmonious community.
• Spearheads the Annual Constituency Workplan processes to align the GROs and community partners in the constituency.

Operation

• Facilitates and provides thought leadership for monthly Citizens’ Consultative Committee (CCC) and Community Centre/Club Management Committee (CCMC) meetings to meet the national and PA objectives.

Airalo is looking for a talented and motivated Growth Director, APAC to join our team and support our rapid growth as we expand into the APAC market while building our B2B & B2B2C offerings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be one of the first local growth leaders to join Airalo, hence defining our brand vision & local team structure moving forward. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the VP of Growth and other team members in the department
• Lead, manage, and expand Growth Marketing cross-functional teams with multiple levels of seniority & reporting lines
• Map and implement a full-funnel strategy to acquire, retain & upsell/cross-sell user leads at all steps of the travel tech journey
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, or Native Advertising Platforms
• Grow organic lead acquisition through SEO, content, and growth-hacking initiatives
• Develop roadmaps to drive the growth of each existing & high-potential innovative channel and lead initiatives to support them
• Implement & monitor proper tracking and attribution to monitor and analyze channel performance on lead volume, cost per lead, and performance down the funnel
• Understand SEO with first-hand experience in creating keyword strategies and drawing competitive analysis identifying opportunities to capture organic traffic.

Must-haves:

• A relevant degree with 7+ years of growth and paid marketing experience in product-led, hyper-growth & fast-paced, B2C, B2B, and/or B2B2C environments
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, creative and pragmatic skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams & balancing competing priorities, and managing several time-sensitive projects simultaneously
• Subject matter expertise across top paid channels & strategies (ATL/BTL/TTL), including Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram, and Programmatic
• Hands-on expertise on the entire marketing tech stack, including CRM tools, Google Analytics, Hotjar, ad platforms, and SEO
• ‍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of data-driven approaches to solving complex product & business problems
• Leadership skills; experience in managing cross-functional teams with multiple levels of seniority & reporting lines across different timezones

Responsibilities:

• Define, monitor and review HNW KPIs. Evaluate performance to targets to formulate and drive business strategies, project management and initiatives with the aim to optimise results.
• Review and ensure case management related processes (Eg. High Net Worth applications, tracking files, case updates and other related matters) are in place and operating smoothly.
• Lead the Banca / Broker Team to drive HNW sales and achieve both TWNS and NBEV budgets.
• Develop the business through engagements and trainings and ensure that Banca / Broker are well versed with the company’s value propositions and products in the market.
• Proactive to identify and develop both HNW opportunities and emerging HNW market trends.
• Actively obtain information on market gaps information and provide feedback to Head of Department.
• Support HNW product innovation and enhancement through market intelligence.
• Provide quality service and response on HNW related queries.
• Monitor and control sales activities by managing sales trend (both on-shore and off-shore), identify and resolve issues in processes and maintaining effective communication with Banca / Broker.
• Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders such as but not limiting to Case Managers, New Business Underwriting, Compliance, Customer Service to resolve issues, appeals and feedback.
• Provide regular management reports on sales performance / pipelines and business updates to the Head of Department.
• Assist Head of Department with HNW related matters.
• Ensure that relevant budgets to the Team are catered to and expenditure papers are prepared and approved.
• Ensure Team keeps audit worthiness level.
• Review SOPs related to scope of Team on an annual basis to ensure that they are updated with any changes made to processes.
• As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation’s culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organization’s Core Values.
• Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements:

• Leadership, management skills and the ability to coach, motivate and retain staff
• Possesses strong business acumen
• Experience in Life Insurance product and/or business development is a mandatory pre-requisite
• Knowledge of underwriting requirements for high net worth cases is advantageous.
