RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To support the Director of Nursing in leading Quality projects and other complex projects :

· Lead Quality Projects

· Kick start in tracking and collection of relevant date for analysis

· Ability to churn out charts and progress reports in accordance with the data collected

· Ability to analyse complex scenarios and provide suggestions/solutions

2. To support the Nursing Department in all administrative functions such as:

· Filing

· Co-ordination of incoming and outgoing emails/ mails

· Monitoring stationary usage, transport request

· Raising purchase requisition

3. To assist in the administrative aspects of maintenance of ward equipment, including liaising with internal departments (Purchasing, Facilities, etc) to get matters resolved

4. To support Nursing by participating in the various activities organised by Singapore Christian Home

5. To assist in administrative preparation for events, meetings, workshops which is under the Nursing Department. (Preparation of materials, refreshments, food, etc)

6. To participate and render support in corporate events and activities

7. To support entries into the ECCareSuite system

REQUIREMENTS

- GCE O/ N Levels

- Certificate in Office Skills

- Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience
