The Position

• Prepare Strategic Planning and Transformation (SPT) discussion & presentation papers. Partner Secretariat(s) to table SPT presentations & updates of THKMC Management dashboard
• Work with Head (SPRM) to achieve functional objectives & deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Post-graduate degree or professional certification would be a plus.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in management consulting, strategic planning, change management and / or business development, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proficiency in project management principles to oversee execution of strategic initiatives.
• Conversant with Enterprise Design Thinking & Business Process Re-engineering.
• Good working knowledge of Data Science.
• Strong working knowledge of visualization & collaboration tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI & Tableau.
• Expertise in Change Management.
• Deep understanding of Singapore Social Service and Community Care sector.

Attachment Description

The Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities. He / She is required to identify new business opportunities to better meet the needs of existing markets and bring benefits to the organisation.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Formulate business development strategy and in-charge of the entire business development process

2. Develop new networking collaboration channels in assigned territories, market, channels, both online/offline

3. Plan and organise all business development & marketing activities

4. Prepare and deliver pitches to external parties like clients, partners and/or potential investors.

5. To find opportunity to open other market, platform or overseas businesses

1. Ability to develop, configure and maintain IBM Content Navigator and IBM Case Manager
2. Minimum hand on experience of two to three FileNet Projects.
3. Having basic knowledge on Customizing the widgets.
4. Implementing modern programming languages such as JAVA and J2EE.

1. Deep knowledge on ECM products for designing and developing.
2.Experience in IBM Case Manager Solutions design and development

4. Exposure to Web Standards and Dojo in designing and developing Web based UI modules
Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis on application and web servers to diagnose issues and rectify them.
