Responsibilities:

• Responsible to identify the need, follow through product’s requirement and specifications at the right quality.
• Responsible to source, negotiate, purchase, monitor, manage and improve require delivery time at a cost-effective saving way.
• Plan and execute on cost saving and reduction program and activities.
• Assist in expedite, including and not limiting to interface with local and overseas suppliers for any contractual agreement and urgent requirement.
• Establish and maintain communication, working closely with internal customers to meet tight timeline.
• Pre-qualify, evaluate and assessed suppliers‘ performance to meet company’s requirements.
• All other procurement activities including of price calculation, discounts or freight charges prior to generate and process purchase orders, follow up with good credit terms negotiation and application, resolution of invoicing discrepancies from suppliers, and maintaining of Approved Vendors List.
• Maintain and updates all related documents and data that will support procurements activities and management administratively, conformity, legality and commercially.
• Scope of responsibility also covers affiliate and branch offices. Hands-on of operations are expected when required.
• Review and propose process improvement.
• Additional responsibilities and job scope to be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience.
• Knowledge of computer software application. E.g. word, excel.
• Knowledge in Harsh Environment and TSI.
• Able to handle General Administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and hands-on, positive work attitude.

Main Responsibilities

As Brand Manager, you will play a key role working closely with Marketing, Design, Product and extended teams to build a highly distinctive and relevant Geniebook brand. You will raise the bar for brand marketing in EdTech, champion the brand to achieve acquisition and engagement goals, with a clear purpose to help more students learn smarter and do better.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Execute effective end-to-end campaigns to generate awareness and engagement.
• Lead collaborations with like-minded brands and industry partners.
• Nurture a vibrant community of Geniebook students & parents, engaging them through an exciting line-up of online and offline activations.
• Innovate original brand programming and content, particularly short-form videos.
• Strengthen Geniebook’s brand expression across relevant platforms and touchpoints.
• Collaborate extensively on strategic business-level or inter-departmental projects.
• Managing and prioritising multiple projects to deliver them on time.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of Brand Marketing/Communications or relevant experience.
• Track record of building communities and/or leading effective campaigns at high growth startups or companies in the education/learning segment is a plus.
• Digital native, with a superb brand sensibility in storytelling, design and writing.

Tech Risk Manager

Our Fortune 500 client is building an APAC Digital Innovation team based in Singapore. We are currently looking for an experienced Tech Risk Manager to be the Subject Matter Expert to champion the design and implementation of Group IT Risk and Compliance for the Group.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee technology risk management process, which includes IT risk acceptance process, IT outsourcing risks and monitor technology risk profile
• Lead, develop and implement through the development, review and compliance of policies, standards, processes and guidelines.
• Responsible for implementation and execution of risk management policies and guidelines, programmes and activities
• Conduct risk assessment on new digital solutions, existing systems and third parties
• Identify potential risks that will impact the organization and recommend action plans to reduce the risks.
• Conduct compliance check on control effectiveness to ensure compliance with established policies and applicable regulations.
• Drive the development of reference architectures and identify security design gaps in existing or new system and recommend mitigations.
• Provide insights to business and IT management in identifying operational efficiencies, analyzing the needs of different departments and determine ways to deliver business objectives
• Responsible for initiation process for new project requests including analysis of possible solutions, scope definition, resource, cost and schedule planning

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Professional related certifications e.g. CISSP, CISA or CISM are preferred.
• Over 5 years of experiences in IT Risk and Compliance
• Experienced in GRC Tool, Vulnerability Assessment and Application Testing Tool
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership team and collaborate all levels
• Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills

Job Descriptions:
