Roles & Responsibilites

• Grow, manage and build relationship with existing customers to increase overall market share
• Actively explore new sales opportunities with new partners/ distributors in assigned markets. Formulate business plan and marketing strategy for the targeted market
• Analyse market condition and identify potential market, and products to focus on effective business development
• Develop and keep abreast of the latest technologies, products, and solutions in the markets
• Meetings and sales presentations to potential clients
• Work closely with engineering team to provide solutions to customers
• Ability to create value propositions for customers and sell the benefits of a premium product. Worked closely with principals on the pricing, availability of products to ensure all sales are followed up and attend tender clarifications and negotiation with prospects

• Maintain and expand our present client base through sales calls, advertising, brochures and conferences.
• Provide regular feedback & highlight potential project & client.
• Identify new customers and new business opportunities.
• Develop product training, configuration and sales aids, as well as service and maintenance plans.
• Work alongside with overseas Sales and Product Managers to achieve annual sales plan.
• Update & review product pricing and establish new product.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible to drive growth of SelfCare products ethical channel in Singapore.

• Managing and achieving annual sales targets and serve multiple key accounts in a prescribed territory

Job Responsibilities

• Using financial controls and other internal controls to ensure effective risk management practices.
• Ensure all accounting workflow, processes, and policies are in compliance with statutory and regulations.
• Carry out financial feasibility studies and risk assessments as required.
• Prepare and issue monthly financial statements, cash-flow analysis, and budget/ actual reporting for the company.
• Assist in the preparation of Corporation Tax and GST returns for the company and its Singapore investment subsidiary, research cross-border GST/ Tax issues as required (e.g., Transfer Pricing arrangements with parent companies).
• Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and manage annual audit activities of the company, liaison with auditors.
• Resolve technical accounting issues such as consolidation of equity investments, IFRS reporting standards, US GAAP implications, etc.
• Maintain regulatory environment procedures to ensure compliance with local MAS regulations.
• Support implementation of finance processes where required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• 4-5 years (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA Singapore) accountant with Financial Services experience.
• Financial control/reporting experience essential (IFRS), preparing statutory accounts, co-ordination with auditors.
• Strong business control orientation and “hands-on” approach to accounting.
• Experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Excellent computer skills, especially MS Excel
