• Provide customers with alternative brans products for EOL parts.
• Serve as primary contact between all sales channels, customers and internal department.
• Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customers objectives.
• Develop and report competitive information on market conditions, account potential, industry trends and sales strategies.
• Effectively profile target accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
• Travel local and abroad to meet key customers face to face as needed.
• Perform other jobs duties as assigned.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma
• Candidates with relevant sales experience is preferred.
• If you do not have relevant sales or industry experience but possess a goal-oriented mind-set and determination to learn from mistakes and try harder; if you are good with people and can communicate convincingly; we would love to speak to you.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.

Sales Admin Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, samples, including slides and brochures
• Supporting sales efforts including during tenders, projects
• Tracking the activities and performance of each member of the sales team
• Entering order information into the company database
• Working with staff members from other departments such as design and finance to optimize sales
• Support in daily operations & customer service
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by superior
