What's the role

As a manager in Influencer you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your Influencer knowledge and experience so that you have a positive impact on client deliverable and the wider team around you. You will help to define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and ways in which work can be successful or optimised further. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the practice by identifying and improving guidelines, playbooks and processes including opportunities to automate work.

• Using your practice knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful Influencer campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.

• Responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Build team to put together the plan and monitoring each of the activities into completion.
• Responsible for coordinating with infra delivery resources required to complete the infrastructure build, and implementation, working with the infrastructure architects, the engineering team and the build team.

Responsibilities:

· To manage the day to day running of the shop with the aim of achieving optimum profit by maximizing sales and controlling direct shop expenses.

· To report to the Area Manager regarding all shop and staff concerns.

· To manage all aspects of stock preparation, ensuring that the shop is sufficiently stocked.

· To demonstrate excellent customer service and promote good practices within the shop.

· To meet required performance standards and targets.

· To motivate and support shop staff.

· Responsible for cash handling, banking and associated administration procedures, ensuring that all cash register operations are carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

· To comply with the company’s policies and procedures, particularly in relation to shop security, health and safety regulations and the processing of administration requirements.

· To ensure that the confidentiality is maintained at all times.

· To conduct performance development reviews and staff appraisals ensuring the Area Manager is advised of any identified training needs.

· To plan staff hours and schedule off days, annual leave and replacement off days.

· To ensure orders via online platforms such as Foodpanda etc., are executed in a timely manner

· Key holder of shop

· Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to multitask.

· 6 day work week.

· Required to work on weekends.

Job Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the designated outlets and its operational and manpower planning

- Involve in the establishment and streamlining of operating policies, processes, systems to accommodate and support the rapid growth of the organization

- Monitor and be responsible for sales performance of respective outlets

- Review the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as required for better efficiency

- Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to new supervisor / new retail staff

- Conduct regular outlet checks and provide necessary trainings for staff development

- Motivate and retain subordinates, especially the high performers, to help them excel in the required quality and productivity target set

- Involve in investigation of issues relating to customer complain (Service and Product Quality)

- Review the performance of Store Managers and retail staff, and provide corrective action for improvement if necessary

- Responsible for monitoring and managing the outlets expenses and inventory usage if necessary

- Ensure proper execution of marketing promotions and all communications

- Participate in operations related projects.

- Perform related duties/tasks as required.

Requirements

- Possesses at least a Diploma in any field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in management position in F&B industry

- With passion in working in F&B industry and its operational processes.

- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, 6-day work week.

- Able to adapt to fast paced environment, resilient to changes and willing to accept new challenges.

- Able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Service oriented, good time management with ability to handle various projects simultaneously.

- Good interpersonal skills in order to communicate with all level of employees.
