Visa’s Senior Director, Engagement Solutions in AP will be responsible for all aspects of ideation, development, commercialization and deployment of Visa’s suite of Loyalty and Benefits solutions, designed to drive increased preference for Visa amongst issuers and consumers and ultimately contribute to PV and revenue growth. The Senior Director, Affluent & Consumer Segments will be responsible for anticipating, identifying, devising, sizing, planning for and executing Visa’s approach to established and emerging consumer segments in Asia-Pacific.

Initially focused on an overhaul of Visa’s proposition for affluent consumers, the SD, will lead cross-functional initiatives to update our product mix, proposition features, offers, pricing and benefits plans, to determine the best Go-to-market, channel approach and communications strategy. Notwithstanding competitive and regulatory headwinds, Visa remains the leader in provision of payment products to the mass-affluent and high net worth segments, a key focus of this role is to retain and grow this business with our issuing partners, merchants and ultimately for these consumers, as well as examining what other affluent segments Visa should seek to attract with new and updated products and propositions. The Senior Director of Sales, Issuing Solutions for AP will be accountable for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption of Issuer-centric Products across the region to support Visa’s aggressive growth targets for Value-Added-Services (“VAS”).  This role to be based in Singapore will involve a quota-based SIP (Sales Incentive Plan), and reports to the SVP, Regional VAS for AP.

This leader will drive maximum value within our existing installed customer base with primary responsibilities to drive revenue, retention and renewals, and the day-to-day relationships with our most strategic clients.  Through operational excellence, this leader will ensure optimal customer engagement post sales.

Visa is seeking an experienced payments professional to lead Strategic Partnerships for Visa Government Solutions, focused on driving commercially relevant partnerships across five archetypes – Global Financial Institutions, Multilateral Development Organisations, Humanitarian Sector organisations, GovTech providers, and Real Time Payments networks. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, building, implementing, and managing key partnerships for new solutions and distribution to drive public sector sales.

The role encompasses the following responsibilities:  

• Expand and deepen our Strategic Partnership sales strategy and delivery in Asia Pacific, including developing a list of prioritised clients and solution opportunities

• Establish and strengthen our relationship with key Strategic Partners across the five archetypes to strengthen our solution proposition or go-to-market plans.

• Identify and engage potential partners in the form of issuers, program managers, processors and fintech’s who will strengthen our Strategic Partnership and government solution propositions.

• Develop and execute sales strategies / account plans with Strategic Partners to increase sales volume and market share, expand product category visibility and exceed defined product and corporate objectives.

• Working closely with internal stakeholders including from Government Engagement, Commercial and Money Movement Partnerships, Digital Partnerships, and Merchant Sales Acquiring, to align and collaborate on our partner outreach strategy and targets, approach to educating decision makers and influencers on how VGS can support.

• Partner with our marketing and communication teams to position VGS as a leader in the payments industry and a resource for Strategic Partners.

The Senior Director, Strategy, Business Planning and Operations of the AP Marketing group will be responsible for business and workforce planning, strategy development and execution, budget management, management and control of the strategic project portfolio, provision of business support to markets, including enhancing business processes to maximize internal and in-market performance.

This role is a key member of the AP Marketing leadership team, working closely with both hub and in market leads to facilitate planning, strategy and reporting activities.  This role is the key liaison between global Marketing & strategy function and the region, as well as a key member of the regional BPO network.  This role requires a strong commercial, financial and strategic mindset to ensure its successful delivery, and involves working closely with the various functional teams including Client Relationship Managers, Strategy, Product, Merchant Sales & Solutions and subject matter experts across the organization in the AP Region.
