You job scope includes:

- maintaining good records of existing and incoming clients

- making outbound calls to update existing clients and attract potential new prospects.

Candidates without experience are expected to learn fast and adapt quickly.

• Manage and act as main point of contact for certain hospitals’ Site Finance / Business Office.
• Preparation of monthly/year-end financial and management reports (e.g. Aging reports and AR days analysis).
• Manage a team to engage Debt Collection Agencies on outsourcing matters.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of postings and settlement reports.
• Provide onboarding to new hires including coaching and guiding on the usage of existing systems.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy / Business Studies or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position
• Possess good communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Outgoing personality that enjoys working with people
• Meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including vlookup and pivot table
• Able to react effectively and calmly in emergency situations.
