Sub-domain leads are responsible for managing a sub domain in Mobile & Web. The appointed individual is expected to be managing a budget of 12- 17 MN $ as a part of the investments budget.

This is a large role with a broad scope, it will require a modern servant leadership approach, delegating and trusting the Engineering Leads in the hives, supporting them to co-create and own the technology solution and delivery within the individual WRB Hives. The role holder is expected to co-creation of the technology roadmap in close consultation with the business, architecture and other associated teams e.g. Risk Management, Enterprise Technology, Functions, etc. The sub-domain lead in this space is expected to prioritize the needs of the team members and empower them to co-create and imbibe a sense of ownership, and accountability within the team, leading to higher levels of engagement and innovation.
