• Implement and roll out Enterprise Risk Management Framework for the FPL Group, including local and overseas subsidiaries. POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Talent Management & Capability Development, the hire will be one of the team leads within Synapxe Academy, supervising a total of 3 assistant managers and/or executives in managing the learning operations, digitalization and productivity efforts as well as delivery experience. He/ she is required to work with the rest of the Academy team to drive, support and facilitate transformative learning initiatives, with the view to build a high performing, agile and future-ready health tech workforce in Synapxe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
