• Ensure corporate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Provide admin & HR support including preparation of Payroll
• Responsible for the oversight of onboarding/resignation management of employees and facilitation of office related affairs such as application of pass, employee's claims, compliance checks
• Organize office supplies, pantry management, and vendor coordination.
• Carry out and assume any other duties or responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

• College or Professional Certificate/Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing full-sets of accounts, administrative matters.
• Independent and reliable, with a high sense of integrity and work ethics
• Comfortable working in a lean team with good organizational skills
• Good communication skills, proactive and ability to multitask
