**Job Summary:**
As the CEO of our International Preschool in Singapore, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision to drive the institution's growth and success. You will oversee all aspects of operations, including curriculum development, staff management, financial planning, and stakeholder relations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for early childhood education, a global mindset, and a commitment to excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the institution's mission, vision, and goals. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the early childhood education sector.
2. **Curriculum Development:** Ensure the development and implementation of a high-quality, culturally relevant curriculum that meets international standards and fosters the holistic development of young children.
3. **Staff Management:** Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of educators and staff members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth and excellence.
4. **Financial Management:** Develop and manage the institution's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability. Identify sources of funding and revenue generation opportunities to support growth and expansion.
5. **Stakeholder Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, staff, regulators, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary spokesperson for the institution, representing its values and interests in the community.
6. **Quality Assurance:** Implement systems and processes to monitor and evaluate the quality of educational programs and services. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
7. **Community Engagement:** Engage with the local community and participate in outreach activities to promote the institution's mission and values. Foster partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders to enhance the preschool's impact.
8. **Continuous Improvement:** Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in early childhood education. Continuously evaluate and enhance the institution's programs and services to meet the evolving needs of children and families.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with strategic financial and corporate experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive organizational growth.
- Knowledge of Singapore's education regulations and accreditation standards preferred.
